The luxury double-storey Cape Dutch Manor house with its upmarket finishes has 4 spacious bedrooms, all with exceptional mountain and/or sea views. There are 3 luxurious bathrooms of which one is en-suite. The Reto fitted kitchen has all the modern appliances required and a cosy breakfast area. There is a separate laundry area.
The large open dining/living area opens onto the front stoep which stretches the entire front of the house - it has spectacular unhindered views of the ocean and is ideal to relax and watch the sun set. Leading off the dining area is a study.
The outdoor area is shared with the cottage. It has a heated Jacuzzi surrounded by a wooden deck, the garden with heated swimming pool and a gazebo for outdoor entertainment. The gazebo is situated near the swiming pool and is equipped with a bar fridge, a counter and seating area.
The playground area for the children has a Jungle Gym and trampoline, as well as a small farmyard with its various small animals such as potbelly pigs, ducks, geese and chickens. There is also an aviary with a variety of birds including budgies, cockatiels and finches.
The house is completely fenced and fully alarmed with access to Armed Reponse, and has a double garage with automatic doors.
